About Us

Trebing Racing started in 2002 by Chris and Shannon Trebing. Michael Trebing is the driver of kart #6 and is now 10 yrs old. He started racing at the age of 5 but has been in a go-kart since he was 4 years old. We decided to get Michael into racing because his dad use to race karts in the early to mid 1990’s. Chris wanted to race when he was younger but the opportunity was never there. Michael loves it and wants to continue racing so he can one day be one of the American drivers in Formula 1.

We are a family of three with one dog and a cat. Michael’s grandparents, Nick and Sally Trebing and Monte Brown are very involved with the racing.

When Michael isn't racing he is involved in swimming, Cub Scouts and enjoys racing radio control cars at Indy Slots in Indy.
